FRANKFORT, Ky. — In a new executive order, Gov. Andy Beshear sets out new guidelines for Kentucky schools to follow when the new school semester begins in January.
The latest order comes a day after the U.S. Supreme Court denied a review of the governor’s recent order that halted in-person instruction at public and private schools, which Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron brought forth calling the order unconstitutional.
