Congress has announced plans for a second stimulus check, and folks aren’t thrilled with the amount. The proposed $900 billion relief package will offer individual $600 checks to struggling Americans, along with “$300 weekly supplemental unemployment insurance; small-business aid through the Paycheck Protection Program; food and rental assistance; and money for schools.”
