Mother says her daughter was turned away from the movies due to mask requirements

JACKSONVILLE, Onslow County — Mask requirements and rules at an AMC movie theatre spark protest Sunday afternoon.

A local mother says her disabled daughter wasn’t allowed in the theatre because she wasn’t wearing a mask. The mother claims her daughter should be exempt from the mask requirement due to her disability.
