Kentucky House passes bill preventing Gov. Beshear from shutting down schools, businesses

FRANKFORT, Ky. — Kentucky’s House of Representatives passed a bill Thursday that could keep Gov. Andy Beshear from shutting down schools and businesses again as part of efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
