Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear says he will veto bills hampering his Covid-19 response

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear on Monday said he will veto any bills he feels hampers his ability to fight the Covid-19 pandemic and said he is willing to legally challenge any legislation he views as an unconstitutional restraint of his emergency powers.
