A Lincoln Project co-founder has resigned from the group days after it cut ties with another co-founder over allegations he sent unsolicited and sexually explicit text messages to young men.

Jennifer Horn, the former head of the New Hampshire Republican Party, quit the super PAC run by Republican ‘Never Trumpers’ on Friday citing the recent revelations about the alleged behavior of former GOP political adviser John Weaver.
