Kentucky easing COVID-19 visitation restrictions on some long-term care facilities

Kentucky is easing restrictions on some long-term care facilities.

Restrictions on all long-term care facilities in the commonwealth have been in place since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic to prevent spread to the most vulnerable.

Now that many of those seniors have received their COVID-19 vaccines, Gov. Andy Beshear has decided to relax the visitation restrictions on some non-Medicare certified facilities.
