Claims Derek Chauvin’s Knee Caused No Damage To The Man’s Neck

George Floyd’s death should never have been classified as a homicide and Derek Chauvin’s knee did not cause any significant injury to the handcuffed black man’s neck, the key medical expert for the ex-cop’s defense testified at trial today.
Dr. David Fowler, the former chief medical examiner of Maryland, took the stand on Wednesday morning after Judge Peter Cahill denied a defense motion to acquit Chauvin.
