Limited number of family and friends on hand as thousands receive degrees

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. — With friends and family cheering them on, the Northern Kentucky University class of 2021 received their diplomas, on the same gymnasium floor which recently hosted a large-scale vaccination clinic.

Graduates like Michelle Henderson say they are excited to share the moment with classmates, friends and family.
