L.A. County Sheriff Warns Homeless People From Out-Of-State: ‘We’re Coming For You; You Do Not Belong Here’

“Pack up your bags and head back to the state you came from.”

Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva on Wednesday urged homeless people who migrated to Venice Beach from outside of California “to pack up your bags and head back to the state you came from.”

The remarks come after Villanueva deployed the Sheriff’s Homeless Outreach Services Team to the boardwalk earlier this week to evaluate the situation and implement an incremental plan to clear transients from the area.
