The US Supreme Court has ruled in favor of a cheerleader who was kicked off her squad for posting ‘f**k cheer’ on Snapchat, saying the high school violated her freedom of speech.
The court sided with Pennsylvania teen Brandi Levy, then 14, in a landmark ruling Wednesday that extends the protection of free speech among school students to social media.
