Horrifying surveillance footage has captured the moment a 12-story Miami Beach apartment building collapsed, killing at least one – as authorities fear there could be dozens more casualties buried beneath the rubble.
A huge emergency search and rescue operation is currently underway after the beachfront condo tower, Champlain Towers South, collapsed at about 1.30am this morning in Miami’s Surfside neighborhood.
