Kentucky Judge Punished After Telling Lawyers To ‘Wear Scuba Gear’ If They Feared COVID-19

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Kentucky judge who reportedly told lawyers to wear scuba gear to court if they were worried about COVID-19 has been sanctioned for discouraging attorneys from appearing remotely during the pandemic and penalizing those who did.
