Reportedly ‘Told Her Having Sex With Him Was Part Of The Job And Threatened Her With Losing Custody Of Her Child’

A former New York State Supreme Court Justice is being sued by his ex-secretary after he allegedly ‘compelled’ her to have sex with him, threatening that she would lose her job and custody of her son if she did not comply.
And after complaining to her supervisor about the alleged harassment, the supervisor – a female judge – told her there was nothing she could do to stop harassment from male judges, according to the suit.
