Nation On Track For Its Deadliest Year Of Gun Violence

The US has recorded one shooting every 12 minutes in the last week, with at least 915 incidents leaving 430 dead and 1,007 wounded as gun violence spirals out of control across the nation.
Data from the nonprofit Gun Violence Archive reveals more than 1,000 Americans were wounded or killed in shootings in the seven days between Saturday July 17 and Friday July 23.
