MacEachen was a recent graduate of the $16,100 a year Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, where he was a star football player. The school released a statement saying it, 'is saddened for the individuals and families affected by this alleged incident.'

Prosecutors have dropped rape and sexual assault charges against an Ohio football star who was accused of stripping a girl naked and molesting her while she slept, after receiving ‘new evidence’ which undermined his guilt.

Crosley MacEachen, 18, was charged with rape and sexual assault in July after the girl went to authorities and claimed she woke up to find him raping her.
