New York is bribing parents to get their kids aged five to 11 vaccinated against Covid by offering them the chance to win a full-ride scholarship to college, Governor Kathy Hochul announced.
Hochul’s new program called Vaccinate, Educate, Graduate is the latest incentive to get children vaccinated after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved low-dose shot for kids between the ages of five and 11 on November 2.
