CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A Hamilton County woman who was charged with complicity to rape and complicity to kidnapping was sentenced to one-year probation Wednesday.
Shana Philpot, 23, was accused of using Facebook to friend girls in their teens and then convincing them to come to the home that she shared with her husband, 35-year-old Anthony Philpot.
Prosecutors say that is where Anthony committed the rapes.
